Quiet and unbeatable location near a downhill bike park. Very close to the Gaspe Peninsula, Chinese restaurant, and a valley.- Well-appointed and nicely updated units.- Great breakfast.

The location was perfect because it was just next door to the centre, downtown and restaurant. It also was very close to the mall.

Everything was excellent, so were beautiful views of the mountain. The location was convenient close to downtown area and the staff here was outstandingly accommodating. Really enjoyed that it was set close to the nearest shopping mall, the tournament, and the famous sugarloaf hill: )
The staff was not very friendly.

Room was clean. Comfortable
Rooms didn't have a fridge. When I booked online I asked for a lower level room and had a price but when I got to the hotel they put me upstairs and they had to move me downstairs and charged me more...why when you book a room that you don't get exactly what you reserved. I have issues with my knee so I booked ahead and still had an issue.

The service when i arrived it was good ( check in ) and the lady that checks you in is very fast ,she does know what she is doing ,they are not very busy so they can help you with directions etc very close to the mall and also close to sugarloaf mountain very nice trails .
Breakfast on the weekend is only at 7 am and close to the road for traffic noise and the rooms were small and the also the bathrooms are small also no elevators and the parking lot needs looking after. I think the staff should have uniforms and then you would know who works there ,and the windows at the end of the hallways should be cleaned once in awhile , I know i could think of more but for now hopefully some of these things will be addressed .

It is generally a clean renovated chain hotel - nothing super special but what you would expect.
We were given a room that smelled of smoke (even though the entire property is non smoking). We were told it has been super busy and that the entire hotel was booked solid and that we could stay in the smelly room and work out some kind of deal in the morning OR they could try to rebook us into another hotel. I think that was not really an option bc when I said book me elsewhere bc I cant sleep in a smokey room then SUDDENLY there was another room in the same (booked solid) hotel. Also odd that when I said the room smelled smokey the front desk guy said the room had been empty for 5 days (but he had just said it was super busy at the hotel). Anyway we moved and the new room was fine and comfortable with no issues what so ever. The breakfast lady was also very nice.

friendly staff, very nice hotel as it was recently renovated. Hot breakfast, above standard. The hotel is very busy.
My request with Booked.net for a ground floor room could not be found. But we were lucky and got the ground floor unit anyway.
